Product Specification

The steel structure factory is mainly divided into the following five parts:

1. Embedded parts (can stabilize building structure).

2. Columns, generally with H-shaped, square tube, or C-shaped steel (usually with angle steel to connect the two C-shaped steel).

3. Beams, generally with H beams (the height of the beams is determined according to the span of workshop and roof load).

4. Purlin, usually C-shaped, Z-shaped or channel steel.

5. Cladding, divided into two kinds, the first kind is single sheet (color steel sheet). The second kind is composite panel. (The core such as polystyrene foam, fiberglass wool between two layers of sheet, warm in winter and cool in summer, and also has sound insulation effect).

Production Processing

1. Lofting

Including checking the installation size and hole distance of the drawings, checking the size of each part, and producing sample as blanking, bending, milling, planing, hole making and other processing basis.
2. Marketing material

Including checking materials, drawing cutting, milling, planing, drilling and other processing positions on the material, punching and marking part number, etc. Marking material should pay attention to the following problems: according to the ingredients list and sample for nesting, to save materials as far as possible; Should be conducive to cutting and ensure the quality of parts; When the process is specified, the material shall be taken according to the regulations.
3. Cutting blanking

Including oxygen cutting (gas cutting), plasma cutting and other high temperature heat source methods and the use of machine cutting and sawing and other mechanical methods.
4. Correction

Including mechanical correction and flame correction of steel straightening machine.
5. Edge and end processing

The methods are shovel edge, planing edge, milling edge, carbon arc air gouging, semi-automatic and automatic gas cutting machine, groove machining, etc.
6. Hole making

Including rivet hole, ordinary connecting bolt hole, high strength bolt hole, anchor bolt hole, etc.

Yes, usually we will send you the detailed installation drawing, if you need, we can provide the service of installation, supervision and training by extra. We can send our professional technical engineer to supervise installation on site overseas.

4. How can I pay for my order?
30% down payment by TT, 70% balance is paid by TT before shipment.

5. What is the delivery time?
